Sera Beak Finds Her Soul Again

In this video, I talk about what happened when I woke up to the shocking fact that despite my successful career in women’s spirituality, I had lost my feminine soul. Realizing I could not be of authentic service to other women or this planet ’til I found and reclaimed my soul again, I stepped away from 95% of my professional and social life for three years.

I let go of everything that didn’t feel authentic to me. I let go of everything that used to define me in order to allow my soul to define me – and lemme tell ya, it’s been a crazy, amazing, terrifying, painful and hilarious journey for a modern western woman to take in her 30s (they don’t exactly cover this in women’s magazines or on reality TV shows). I’ve documented my soul journey in my forthcoming book, Red Hot and Holy: A Heretic’s Love Story, and recently started offering workshops and speaking about my experience. But, to be honest, I’m not entirely sure where my soul is leading me, professionally. However, I do know that finding her again is my truest success.
